we pick, check and pack an order in 1–2 business days ; transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.
Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.
Returns run for 10 days from delivery, refunds within 7 business days . We do not offer a direct exchange, and we would rather you knew that now.
