Cancelling before dispatch

Any order still on our bench can be cancelled for nothing — and since we pack to a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, the sooner you tell us the better.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 8291471497. Send the order number with a cancellation request and we write back to confirm.

After the parcel leaves

Dispatch is the point of no return for a cancellation . The return route is open for 10 days from delivery.

Refunds on cancelled orders

A prepaid UPI order cancelled before dispatch is reversed within 5 to 7 working days . That matches the Reserve Bank of India’s reversal window.

Cash on Delivery orders take no money up front; cancelling one leaves nothing outstanding — and we charge no cancellation or restocking fee.

When we cancel

Sometimes we are the ones who cannot proceed — stock that turns out damaged, a pin code our couriers will not reach, or details we cannot verify. We explain why and refund in full.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
