Which ways can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not set up for cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

We do not offer a direct exchange. Return for a refund and order the one you want.

Where do you ship?

Across India, bar a handful of pin codes our couriers will not serve; those orders are refunded. There is no international shipping.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Nestoro Mercantile trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

When are you open?

How long will my order take?

We pack in 1–2 business days, then the courier takes 3–9. Orders after 3:00 PM IST go out the next working day.

Do you charge GST? Can I get a GST invoice?

We are below the GST registration threshold, so there is no GST on your order and no GST invoice. You get an ordinary sale invoice.

How long do refunds take?

7 business days from the return arriving and checking out. A cancelled prepaid order reverses in 5 to 7 working days.

What if an item is faulty?

Tell us inside 48 hours and attach the unboxing footage. We cover the replacement or refund and the return leg.

Can wooden utensils go in the dishwasher?

No. Wash and dry them by hand — dishwasher heat splits and dulls wood. Silicone and stainless items are different, and each listing says which is which.

Are these branded products?

Everything is sold as Nestoro Mercantile stock. We hold no dealership or agency and make no brand claims.

How do returns work?

You have 10 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused, boxed and accompanied by the invoice.
