Orders leave our place in Thane and travel by courier — what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do when something is wrong.

What you pay for delivery

free delivery starts at ₹999 and orders under that amount pay one flat ₹49.

Choosing Cash on Delivery adds nothing to the total.

Dispatch and delivery times

we pick, check and pack an order in 1–2 business days ; the courier leg is 3–9 business days.

Our courier collection closes at 3:00 PM IST; anything after that is packed the next working day.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees . A festival week or a washed-out road adds time, and we pass on whatever the courier tells us.

Where we ship

We deliver within India only, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

Some remote areas are not served . In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Following your order

If something goes wrong on the way

Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete, or nobody was available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel returns to us . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
