Here is what we hold about you, and why, how long it stays, and what you can require of us.
What is collected
- Order history, so we can answer questions about past purchases
- Log data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type
- Delivery details — name, full address, email, phone
No card or banking credentials are collected, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.
What it is used for
To get the parcel to you, deal with what you write in about, run returns, and keep the books the law says we must . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
Who else sees it
Your details reach the courier and our hosting and email suppliers, and stop there . Each acts on our instructions only. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.
Orders placed for a restaurant or catering business often need an organisation name on the invoice; we use only the billing details you supply.
How long we keep it
We retain orders and invoices for the period the law sets . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.
About cookies
Cookies here do two jobs: hold your basket and session, and count page use . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.
We do not run marketing campaigns by email — the only messages you get from us are about an order you placed.
What you can ask for
Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Send the request to our Grievance Officer at the address below; we respond within a reasonable period.

The role is held by a member of our team; we acknowledge your complaint and tell you what we are doing about it.
Access and encryption
Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
Changes
Where this notice changes, the new version appears here and takes effect from the date it is posted.
