How an order is formed

A declined order that was already paid for is refunded in full.
Product information
Listings are written from supplier information and from the item itself . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. If a description is materially wrong, the return policy covers you.
About the goods we sell
Utensils and flatware are sold with the materials described. Wooden items are hand-finished and vary in grain and shade, and care instructions differ between wood, silicone and steel.
Prices
We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we contact you before proceeding.
